If you need a crane or other special requests not included in our services above, please contact Customer Services to review your needs and how we can help you.
Any special request should be made at least 3 working days in advance to the expected delivery date.

FURTHER CLARIFICATIONS

For 6m channel deliveries with our standard service, the customer must be able to unload the goods on site when the goods arrive. If this is not possible, then please refer to "Special deliveries for long goods 6m channel".

For deliveries with cartridges, due to the special transport provision according to government regulation. Please contact Customer Service after order placing.

For gate permit application, please contact Customer Service and provide necessary information at least before 1 working day in advance.
