STANDARD NEXT DAY DELIVERY
With our standard next day delivery service, if we’ve got it in stock we’ll deliver your new tools and consumables within the next working day from when the order is placed.

Order Value ≤HK$20,800 : HK$208 flat charge
Order Value HK$20,800 – HK$38,800 : 1% of Invoice Value

EXPRESS SAME DAY DELIVERY
Sometimes standard delivery just won’t cut it. You need the goods and you need them today.

- Valid for order less than 100kg
- Not available on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday and for Macau
EMERGENCY SAME DAY DELIVERY
Keep the site working, no need to send teams off-site to source replacement tools or consumables.
- Delivery within few hours from Monday to Friday
- Order cut off time 3pm
- Order handling charge $488
- Valid for order less than 100kg
- Not available on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday and for Macau

REPAIR PICKUP AND DELIVERY
Hilti tools are built to last. But if a breakdown does occur, we’ll take care of it quickly and professionally. Book your repair via Hilti online website,Hilti ON!Track 3 app,or by phone:
- Before 4:30pm for next day pick up
- FREE pick up and delivery if within the no-cost warranty period
- $208 for order handling charge (FREE pick up) per order if outside the warranty period
SELF PICK-UP AT S.F. EXPRESS PICK UP POINT

- More than 200+ self pickup locations inlcuding pickup stations and lockers (more to come)
- Valid for standard order, self-pickup station order less than 80kg, self-pickup locker order less than 20kg
SPECIAL DELIVERIES FOR LONG GOODS ( 6M CHANNEL)
- If you need a crane or other special requests not included in our services above, please contact Customer Services to review your needs and how we can help you.
- Any special request should be made at least 3 working days in advance to the expected delivery date.
- Price on request.
FURTHER CLARIFICATIONS
For long goods deliveries with our standard service, the customer must be able to unload the goods on site when the goods arrive. If this is not possible, then please refer to "Special deliveries for long goods (6m channel)".
For deliveries with cartridges, due to the special transport provision according to government regulation. Please contact Customer Service after order placing.
For gate permit application, please contact Customer Service and provide necessary information at least before 1 working day in advance.
