Any limitation on the items?
DX cartridges, chemical and long channels are not available for PUDO service. Current limit on weight is 80KG per order.
How do I know if order is successfully placed?
You will receive an order confirmation Email from Hilti after order is successfully placed.
How do I know that my order has been delivered and is ready for pickup?
A pick-up notification will be sent to you by our partner carrier SF Express via SMS when the order is ready for pick-up. If you have not received any notification, please contact Customer Service.
Can I select the delivery date?
Delivery date selection is not available. Once you place the order before cut-off (2pm) and SF Express receives the order, and arrives the next day.
When can I pick up my order?
Once SF Express receives the order, it only takes one day for delivery and the order should be picked up within 48 hours to avoid extra storage fee charged by SF Express. For business hours of each pick-up point please check with here.
How to pick up the order?
Pick your order by showing the pickup notification or inputting pickup password sent from SF Express by SMS.
How long will the pickup location hold the order?
Extra storage fee will be charged for orders not being picked up within 48 hours upon arrival. The pick-up location will hold the order for 3 calendar days. If the order is not collected by that time, the location will return the order to Hilti.
