1. For an order placed at least 3 working days prior to the delivery day, the ordering person and recipient (with correct mobile contact) will receive a SMS about the delivery arrangement with order details
2. For any standard next day delivery, the recipient with correct mobile will receive:
- SMS 1 day before delivery day
- SMS with driver's contact and receive a pre-call at least 15 mins before arrival on the delivery day.
3. For standard delivery windows, please refer to below. The delivery time may be adjusted according to traffic conditions without prior notice.
