2. 30% deposit must be paid (for item over MOP/HK$30,000)
3. Order will only be placed upon receiving the deposit (if fulfilled requirement in remark 2) AND the signed back quotation with specific delivery schedule or official PO if it is required.)
4. No cancellation or return is accepted after order is placed
5. Stock availability is subject to prior sales at time of order confirmation and final notice of shipping company
