Service Arrangements for November 14th Due to Typhoon Weather
Due to the impact of the typhoon, and to ensure the safety of our personnel and customers, we will be adjusting our following service arrangements.
Service Arrangement
• Customer Service Hotline and Hilti Store Macau operate as normal
• Hilti Stores Tai Kok Tsui will open at 12:30PM
• Hilti Online www.hilti.com.hk remains fully operational
• Tool Service Center will start operating at 1:00PM (Time promise calculation is excluded for repair orders during Tool
Service Center closed.)
