To ensure the safety of our personnel and customers, we will be adjusting our service arrangements due to the current inclement weather conditions. Our website, www.hilti.com.hk, remains fully operational for your convenience.

Service Arrangement

• Customer Service Hotline will be in operation as normal
• Hilti Stores Tai Kok Tsui & Macau will be closed all day
• Tool Service Center will be closed all day (Time promise calculation is excluded for repair orders during Tool Service Center closed.)

Earlier Order Cut-off Time for next-day delivery

• General next-day delivery for Hong Kong has reverted to 4:30pm
• Fleet Management Tools on Demand/ Loan tool service may be extended until Monday, with order cut-off times at 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM respectively

Delivery Arrangement

• Delivery may be delayed and resume as soonest depending on inclement weather conditions
