Pull-out test as the final gate keeper

Pull out test is the final gate keeper for quality control. It is specifier by BD under Common conditions and requirements. The testing load will be 1.5 times of the recommended load but less than the yield load of steel. 

BS 5080 on Post-installed Rebar

BS 5080 is specified by BD as the reference document for testing procedures. In this document, the procedures, load application, apparatus, result & test report requirement etc. are stated. 

HOKLAS certified pull out test method statement

In Hong Kong, HOKLAS certified laboratory is needed in order to carry out pull out test otherwise the test report may not recognized by authorities.
